비스타에서 최근 문서의 '최근 항목 목록 지우기'가 사라졌어요

증상

시작 메뉴에서 최근 문서를 우클릭 했을때, 최근 항목 지우기 옵션이 사라졌을때. 또한, Windows Explorer에서 Resent 폴더가 일반적인 형태의 아이콘으로 보여질 때

해결책

이 증상은 Recent 폴더 안의 desktop.ini 파일이 삭제된 것이다. 해결책을 포스팅한 Microsoft Newsgroup의 dean-dean에게 감사드립니다.

시작 버튼을 클릭, "%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows" 라고 쓰고 엔터키를 누른다.
Recent 폴더 위에서 우클릭, 삭제를 누른다. 묻는 말에 예를 누른다.
이제, 시작메뉴의 - 검색 시작 박스에 "shell:recent" 라고 입력하고, 엔터키를 누른다.

Note: 이 명령은 최근 문서 폴더와 함께 desktop.ini를 다시 만들고 폴더를 여는 것이다. Shell: 명령에 대해 알고 싶으면 이 블로그를 참고하세요: Shell commands (shell:) to access the special folders in Windows Vista

로그오프 하고 다시 로그인한다. 이제 최근 문서 위에서 우클릭 하면 최근 항목 지우기를 볼 수 있을 것이다.

Symptom

When you open the Windows Vista Start menu and right-click Recent Items, the option Clear Recent Items List may be missing. Also, the Recent folder may be displayed with a generic folder icon in Windows Explorer.

Resolution

This happens if the desktop.ini file in the Recent folder is deleted. Thanks & Credits to dean-dean for posting this solution in the Microsoft Newsgroup.

Click Start, type "%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows" and press {ENTER}
Right-click the folder named Recent, and choose Delete. Click Yes when prompted.
Now, type the command "shell:recent" in Start - Search box, and press {ENTER}.

Note: The above command re-creates the Recent folder, along with a new desktop.ini file and opens the folder. For additional information on Shell: command, see this blog entry: Shell commands (shell:) to access the special folders in Windows Vista

Logoff and login back. You should now see the context menu entry Clear Recent Items List when you right-click on the Recent Items folder in the Start menu.

비스타를 지원하는 파티션 관리 프로그램입니다.
파티션 매직은 비스타에서 작동하지 않는다고 하더군요.
그래서 어렵게 찾아냈죠 '0'
